Electric, on-demand roasting
Our roaster is fully electric and runs only when there's an order — no idle gas burns, no warehouse of stale beans. You drink it the week we roasted it.
Shade-grown, no synthetics
Every bean we source is shade-grown without synthetic fertilizers, protecting biodiversity and the farmers' soil for the next generation.
Women-owned, family-run farms
We actively seek partnerships with women-owned cooperatives — paying livable wages and helping family farms grow on their own terms.
